Chick-fil-A Noblesville is where we do everything. Strategic Planning, Web Design, Graphic Design, Meeting and Retreat Facilitation, Advanced Spreadsheet Development, and much more.

We recently created a digital document for the Operator Team. This document included information about the local market along with profiles for each operator. The goal was to create a resource to give to visiting representatives from the corporate office, other operators and their teams, along with new operators to the market.

While VSBL has partnered with many Chick-fil-A organizations, we had to opportunity to help them develop a process to build clarity for their roles within the company and build critical success factors that will be used as a foundation for ongoing reviews for those roles.

Developed a brand new web site for the National Ranked Fishers Area Swim Team. 

Facilitated a strategy meeting with senior leaders to restructure the organization, develop new expectations for leadership roles, and bring clarity to existing roles and responsibilities.

Helped develop organizational Standard Operating Procedures that included policies, cleaning lists, and daily production pars in addition to building a general manager training program.
